As a former Navy SEAL, he has led elite teams in some of the most challenging environments worldwide, specializing in risk assessment, medical support, and strategic security operations.

As a Principal Consultant of R3 Risk, he provides specialized security consulting, high-risk training, and risk mitigation services for corporate and government clients. His expertise includes hostile environment training, firearms and medical instruction, maritime survival, and executive protection for high-net-worth individuals and organizations operating in complex global environments.

With a Master's in Business and a Bachelor's in Workforce Education and Development, Greg combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational experience. His global experience spans multiple continents, where he has worked alongside elite military units, Fortune 500 companies, and security teams to enhance safety, preparedness, and mission success.

Keali'i Ka'apana is a highly skilled professional in emergency response, law enforcement, and self-defense.

A U.S. Army veteran and certified firearms instructor, he has trained military personnel, including Navy SEALs and Air Force members. Holding numerous certifications, such as P.O.S.T Law Enforcement Firearm Instructor and NRA Instructor, he is also highly proficient in emergency management, and a Krav Maga black belt instructor.

In addition to his expertise in firearms and self-defense, Keali'i is a certified Stop the Bleed, S.T.A.R.T, BLS, CPR, AED, and First Aid Instructor, with advanced training in FEMA emergency response protocols. He has provided protection for high-profile clients, including the First Family, and is a recognized survival instructor featured on National Geographic, Disney+, The CW, and Roku.
